Interior Design has been my passion for as long as I can remember. Growing up, moving the furniture around with my Mother & Grandmother, I was allowed to hang pictures in groupings at a young age because I 'had the knack'. As soon as I finished high school, I went directly to BCIT to study Interior Design and have I never looked back. I have continued by training ever since and my passion for design and decoration is as strong today as ever. I feel truly blessed to impart my expertise with my clients to come up with a common vision to bring to their homes.
The beauty of growing up in British Columbia has allowed me to appreciate nature on every level and the amazing landscapes keeps me in awe of my surroundings. Whether I am out biking, hiking, X Country skiing, snowshoeing or even downhill skiing I will often stop to look at the colour combinations in rocks or think about how the elements compliment the other. I truly believe that we all thrive when we are in nature, that is why I like to bring the sense of the outdoors in.
It is this deep connection with design combined with nature that I can help bring into your home. I often call myself an interpreter as I listen to your needs and observe your requirements as we move forward to create the wish list for your home. My goal is to be the conduit that can help put it the elements together with classic style and comfort. There are definite rules of good design and I know how to use them instinctively. Working together we can to create something beautiful that is uniquely and wonderfully yours.
